PHY 244: Physics II

This a continuation course in the introduction to basic theories of classical and modern physics covering the following topics; relativity electricity, current, resistance, capacitance, magnetism, electro-magnetic radiation, reflection, refraction, wave optics, mirrors and lenses, quantum and atomic physics, and nuclear physics. Topics covered will emphasize basic problem solving and experimental techniques. Three hours lecture, two hours laboratory.
