This course is designed to inform candidate teachers of the legal requirements, procedures, and techniques used in developing legally correct individualized education programs (IEPs) and individualized family service plans (IFSPs) as required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the No Child Left Behind Act of 2004.
