Stillman is a member of the NAIA Division I and offers the following sports:

- Men's and Women's Cross Country
- Bowling
- Volleyball
In addition to inter-collegiate athletics, a structured intramural sports program is available to students. The program provides leisure and recreational sports and other activities for students.
